Friday, July 22nd, 6PM-10PM: Wal-Mart's Rock & Roll Block Party in Downtown Somerset Bring your classic or hotrod and enjoy this fun, “must do” for the entire family! Door prizes, contests, food, live bands and dancing! Over 300 show cars attend this event each month, don't miss it! Feel free to “cruise the strip” on Friday night as well! Cruise weekend is just getting started!

Saturday, July 23rd, 8:00AM: Saturday Morning Fun Run at Hardee's South, stoplight #22 on south US 27! We will be visiting Danny's Rod Shop located just a few miles north of Somerset. Danny's is the premier one-stop source for all your street rod performance parts. This is a special Open House event for Somernites Fun Run participants and will also feature a visit from "Big Daddy" Don Garlits and a FREE tech seminar by a factory rep from Lokar!
The schedule is as follows:
9:00am- Leave from Hardee's south to visit Danny's Rod Shop for Open House.
10:00am till 11:00am- Special visit from "Big Daddy" Don Garlits!
11:00am till Noon- Free Lokar Seminar on shifter and accelerator cable installation!

Green, Louisville, Nashville and all points in between! The current Cruise day record of 1,843 show
cars & trucks was set during this event back in 2007...how many will attend in 2011? It's going to be

Somerset for the Show & Shine!!! It’s the Big Show!!! Blocks and blocks of show cars and
trucks! Stroll thru the downtown area admiring all the chrome
and horsepower, talk to car owners and enjoy the family
oriented atmosphere! Don't forget to visit our official
merchandise trailer for the brand new 2011 t-shirts for
adults and kids. In the Vendor Alley, you can sample
great food, check out vendor displays and shop for new performance and restoration parts. There is
always plenty to see and do at Somernites Cruise! We play great cruisin' tunes all over town and
FREE shuttle buses to local shopping centers leave every hour all day!

heart of the Somernites Show & Shine is the Kids Kruze
Zone with fun inflatables sure to put a smile on the faces
of the entire family! This area is monitored, safe and best
of all Mom & Dad...it's completely FREE! Kids can stay
and play as long as they want! You will find the Kids Kruze
Zone just north of Town Square in front of Citizens National
