Wal-Mart's Rock & Roll Block Party
6PM-10PM:
Located in Downtown Somerset. Bring your classic or hotrod and enjoy this fun, “must do” for the entire family! Door prizes, contests, food, live bands and dancing! Over 300 show cars attend this event each month, don't miss it! Feel free to “cruise the strip” on Friday night as well! Cruise weekend is just getting started!

POWER CRUISE SATURDAY July 23rd!!!

Saturday Morning Fun Run 8:00AM:
Meet at Hardee's South, stoplight #22 on south US 27! Fun Run participants will receive a FREE breakfast before departing. We will depart at 9:00AM promptly for the July destination...We will be visiting Danny's Rod Shop located just a few miles north of Somerset. Danny's is the premier one-stop source for all your street rod performance parts. This is a special Open House event for Somernites Fun Run participants and will also feature a visit from "Big Daddy" Don Garlits and a FREE tech seminar by a factory rep from Lokar!

The schedule is as follows:
9:00am- Leave from Hardee's south to visit Danny's Rod Shop for Open House.
10:00am till 11:00am- Special visit from "Big Daddy" Don Garlits!
11:00am till Noon- Free Lokar Seminar on shifter and accelerator cable installation!

The Power Cruise rolls into Somerset about noon!!!
The rolling car show that is the Power Cruise begins to arrive from Cincinnati, Knoxville, Bowling Green, Louisville, Nashville and all points in between! The current Cruise day record of 1,843 show
cars & trucks was set during this event back in 2007...how many will attend in 2011? It's going to be HUGE so, click the “Power Cruise” button for all the details and schedules. This is our biggest show of the year. Mark your calendars now to be a part of the fun!

It’s Saturday night so, it must be time to cruise! We know it's one of the main reasons you come to Somernites Cruise so, get your car out on “the strip” and cruise! Thousands of spectators waving and cheering from street side!
