in Downtown Somerset!
Bring your classic or hotrod and enjoy this fun "must do"
event for the entire family! Thye new location for 2011 is
in the heart of Downtown Somerset! Door prizes, contests,
food and live entertainment! Over 300 showcars and trucks
attend this event each month, don't miss it! FREE ADMISSION!
Co -sponsored by Pepsi-Cola! Please, no showcar parking
before 6:00pm! Cruise the strip on Friday night too!
Saturday, May 28th, 8:00AM:
Saturday Morning Fun Run Hardee's South,
stoplight #22 on south US 27!
Fun Run participants will receive a FREE breakfast before
departing. We will depart at 9:00AM promptly for the May
destination...Old Mill at Mill Springs! This National Historic Site
features a completely restored old grist mill dating from
1817 and is currently the world's largest overshot water
wheel still in operation. Our visit is timed perfectly to
celebrate the ongoing Cornbread Festival. This site is
surrounded by natural beauty and we strongly encourage
you to bring cameras/camcorders for this scenic Fun Run!

Don Marshall Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep is proud to sponsor
Mopar Mania! All Mopars are invited to attend the 6th Annual
Mopar Mania event on the Don Marshall lot from
11:00am-1:00pm. The location is right on "the strip"
(US 27 south between lights #10 & #11). Free cookout,
refreshments, People's Choice Awards & more than 100
classic Mopars! After the event, travel downtown together
and park in the special, reserved Mopar Mania Showcase

Downtown Somerset for the Show & Shine!
Blocks and blocks of showcars and trucks! Stroll thru the
downtown area admiring all the chrome and horsepower,
talk to car owners and the family oriented atmosphere! Don't
forget to visit our official merchandise trailer and pick up
some brand new 2011 t-shirts for adults and kids! Visit
Vendor Alley to sample great food, check out the vendor
displays and shop for new performance & restoration parts.
You will enjoy the great cruisin' tunes all over town as well.

have setup a special Showcase Area inside the Show &
Shine just for Mopars only! All makes and models are
welcome, new and old! We encourage Mopar Clubs to bring
your members as a club outing or a mini-meet during this
event. We even offer a VIP entrance gate for Mopars only!

Kids Kruze Zone!!!
Kids gotta have fun too right?
Located right in the heart of the Somernites Show & Shine
is the Kids Kruze Zone with fun inflatables sure to put a
smile on the faces of the entire family! This area is monitored,
safe and best of all Mom & Dad...it's completely FREE! Kids
can stay and play as long as they like! You will find the
Kids Kruze Zone just north of Town Square, in front of
Citizens National Bank. This month's Kruze Zone is
sponsored by Beacon Hill Baptist Church!
Saturday Night, Cruisin' the Strip, 7pm till ????
Parade of Classics and then...Cruisin' The Strip!
Be at the Show & Shine with your hot rod at 7:00pm to take part in the
Parade of Classics!
Car owners will be given a police escort out to 'the strip'! We know it's one of the main reasons you
come to Somernites so, get your ride out on the strip and cruise! Thousands of spectators will be
waving and cheering from the streetside! Tune your radio to Classic Hits Q97.1FM for great tunes and
cruise the night away! Please obey all posted traffic laws and take your trash with you when you leave.
