| Somernites Cruise is coming to Nashville, TN |
| Nashville, are you ready for the 2010 Somernites Power Cruise? Mid-Tennessee Classic Chevy Club and the Sumner County Vintage Vehicle Club will host the Friday night Cruise in Hendersonville at Glenbrook Shopping Center located at the northwest corner of Vietnam Veterans Blvd. (US 31E) and New Shackle Island Interchange. This is a HUGE cruise-in and will be a great evening of fun so, come on out! Representatives from Somernites Cruise will be onhand to answer questions about the Power Cruise! On Saturday morning, we will rally for the Power Cruise at Music Valley Village beginning at 7:00am(cst). Directions: Take Exit #12 (McGavock Pike/Music Valley Dr.) off of Briley Pkwy toward Opryland Hotel. At the first traffic light turn right onto Music Valley Dr. go past Fiddlers Inn, then left into Music Valley Village. Please have your showcars fully gased and ready for the cruise We will roll out at 7:45am(cst) sharp to link up with the group leaving Bowling Green. We will join the Bowling Green group at the National Corvette Museum and then proceed east to Somerset at 9:15am(cst)! When we arrive in Somerset, all Power Cruise participants will converge on Grand Central Shopping Center as our special staging area before heading downtown for the Somernites Show & Shine. The Grand Central Merchants will be holding drawings for free door prizes and hosting lots of fun activities onsite. Special discount food coupons will be available for Power Cruisers! You can grab a quick lunch from any of the great restaurants in the area before proceeding downtown to the special Power Cruise entrance gate to lineup for the 1pm opening of the Show & Shine! If you would like to join us anywhere between Nashville and Somerset, please do so by falling in the Power Cruise at the rear of the line. If you need to make a pit-stop for any reason, safely pull-out of line and rejoin us at the rear of the line when you are finished. |
