Last Summer - Somernites Cruise would like to thank all who participated in the 2011 Power Cruise.
Nearly 300 hundred show cars and trucks took part in all or part of the five legs. Although it was a very hot day, things went really well and we hope you enjoyed the Cruise.
We want to especially thank Holley Performance for their continued support and sponsorship over the past 6 years! Thanks to Performance Products in Knoxville, Quaker Steak & Lube in Cincy, The Castle at Valor Academy in Louisville, Brusters Ice Cream &the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green and the Hendersonville Cruise-in near Nashville for hosting Friday night pre-parties. Thanks also to all the car club members in KY, OH and Tenn. who helped get the word out and coordinate activities in their local cities. Thanks to all law enforcement along the Power Cruise route and in Somerset for their work that allowed everything to run so smoothly. Thanks to Don Franklin GM, Don Marshall Chrysler-Dodge and Alton Blakley Ford for supplying awesome pace cars.
